Brioche

Our passion. We proudly bring you many exciting variations on the traditional French brioche – for example the chocolate studded brioche, the apricot brioche wheel and the crème cheese and raspberry brioche. Our brioche burger buns are also a great addition to any barbeque or dinner party

Sweet and Savoury Danish

For example, our classic signatures including the bacon and corn, the potato and our walnut, cranberry and white chocolate mini baguette

Croissants

You will be impressed by our light and flaky croissants – try our famous almond croissant, our double Belgian chocolate croissant or our onion and cheese croissant

Baguettes and Other Loaves

We showcase a wide range of baguettes include our most popular sourdough baguette, our walnut wholemeal and rye baguette as well as our crunchy traditional French stick

We put all our love and care into each step of our baking process and only use the freshest Australian ingredients. For example, we craft our award winning range of sourdough loaves using all natural wild yeast which we ferment for over 20 hours!

Come in and try Philip’s own creation, the famous Briont loaf with a brioche taste and croissant texture, and our wide range of homemade organic soups, sourdough pizzas, gourmet salads and sourdough/rye sandwiches!

Our Coffee

We proudly bring to you a specialty blend of dark roasted coffee from the boutique, and family owned roaster, 5Senses.

Coming soon to Brioche is our very own unique house blend. Our top baristas are currently working in conjunction with 5Senses to develop our own house roast. Brioche have also introduced its single origin program and are investigating new brewing methods for our exciting new brew bar!
